FAQS Do I need a professional portfolio to apply to your agency? No, a professional portfolio is not required to apply to FAD Models. You can upload clear, well-lit images taken with your smartphone. We require: • One full-body shot • One makeup-free headshot • One side profile shot Can I apply in-person? Yes! We hold open walk-in sessions every Wednesday and Friday from 13:00 to 15:00 at FAD HQ: 📍 Lloyds House, 18 Lloyd Street, Manchester, M2 5WA If attending a walk-in session, please: • Wear plain, fitted clothing • Have minimal or no makeup • Bring your professional portfolio if you’re already a working model Is experience necessary? No, experience is not required. We provide in-house training and development at no cost to all successful applicants. Are there any fees? A reputable agency will never charge representation, website or admin fees. The only costs a model may encounter during the early stages of their career are for professional training or portfolio building. At FAD Models: ✅ Training & development – Provided in-house for free. ✅ Portfolio building – We guide models to reputable photographers, but the model pays the photographer directly. FAD Models does not profit from portfolio fees. What are you looking for? We seek models with a great attitude, confidence, and authenticity on and off camera . There is no single “look” as each client brief is different. Just be yourself! 📢 Tip: Keep your social media accounts set to public. When can I expect to hear back? We aim to respond to successful applicants within 14 days . If you do not hear from us within this time, unfortunately, your application has not been accepted. Is work guaranteed and how often can I expect this? No, work is never guaranteed. Every model’s journey is different—some book jobs immediately, while others take longer, and some may not secure work. 📢 Our promise: We create as many opportunities as possible, but the final hiring decision is always made by the client.
